Travel & Transport
How do we get to the venue?
Private coaches will depart from 10 Avenue de la Grande Armée, Paris on the day of the celebration. Please be at the meeting point for 5:15 PM. The journey takes approximately forty minutes, into the French countryside. For those who would rather travel separately, private transfers can be arranged through the Concierge.
How long is the journey?
Approximately forty minutes by luxury coach bus, into the French countryside.
When does the evening end? How do we get back?
The night runs until approximately 3:00 AM, although there is no curfew. Return shuttles to Paris run from 11:30pm onward.
Will there be live updates during the weekend?
Yes — a WhatsApp group will be set up by the Event Planners in the days before the event, with live updates on departures, timing, and anything you need to know on the day.

RSVP & Guests
When is the RSVP deadline?
Kindly reply before 15 June 2026, via the RSVP form on this site. Earlier is always appreciated — it helps with the planning.
Are children welcome?
This celebration is designed as an adults-only evening.
How do I share dietary restrictions?
There is a field on the RSVP form for allergies and dietary notes. A line will do — the kitchen will adapt.
I need to change or cancel my RSVP.
Just write to Céline the Concierge at any time. She'll handle it.

Practicalities
Where should I stay in Paris?
You can stay anywhere you would like in Paris. A handful of favourites — Cheval Blanc on the Seine, the Bvlgari in the Golden Triangle, the Four Seasons George V, Nolinski for something a touch more boutique. See our notes →
May I take photographs?
Of course — capture the night. A professional photographer will be on hand throughout the day and evening, and we'll share the official album with everyone in the weeks that follow.
